NRA Basic Pistol Class.
The NRA Basic Pistol course exceeds Colorado State training requirements for a concealed carry permit.  The class includes live instruction from NRA certified instructors, video and power point presentations, coffee and doughnuts, lunch, and hands on experience with firearms, including live firing at an indoor range.  This class is valued at $150.00, but is on sale through May 2012 for only $110.00.  Space is limited, so take advantage of this great offer today.

Course Goals
To teach the basic knowledge, skills and attitude necessary for owning and using a pistol safely.

Course Lessons
-Pistol knowledge and safe gun handling

-Ammunition knowledge

-Stance, grip and breathing

-Skills relating to controlling the handgun while shooting

-How to clean and care for guns

-Sight alignment and trigger control

General Course Information

Total Course Cost: $110

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve class for each student.
Day of class walk-up registration (subject to space availability) is $140.
Space is limited.

The class is approximately 8 hours in length.

Coffee, doughnuts and lunch will be provided.

After the completion of the NRA Basic Pistol Course, comprehensive legal information will be presented.


Owning a handgun is NOT a requirement for taking the class. Various revolvers and semi-automatics will be available for you to examine. You may bring a handgun and 50 rounds of brass cased ammunition for the range, but neither will be allowed in the classroom.  If you don't own a handgun, we will provide a 22 caliber handgun and ammunition, for an additional charge of $20.00.

Policies

-We reserve the right to refuse services, to anyone, for any reason.

-Course dates/locations may be changed/postponed, due to enrollment, weather conditions, and/or other events beyond our control.

-Students wishing to cancel out of a course will forfeit the deposit.

-Students who are not in attendance on the course date will forfeit the deposit.

-Students who reschedule may be charged an additional $20.00.

-Returned checks will be subject to an additional service charge.

-There is a rental fee of $20.00 for use of our firearms and ammunition.

If you make a deposit or full payment online, then you may bring your application with you on the day of class.  Classes are subject to space availability.
